Distance Healing
Reiki is spiritually directed life-force energy and it is not limited by time and space. This means you can receive a Reiki Treatment from me even if we are not in the same place together. Universal Energy is intelligent and finds its way where it is needed and when directed by an experienced practitioner is very beneficial for many issues either physical, mental or spiritual. Distance healing has been practiced by healers of many cultures for centuries and has been recognised and practiced by the west in recent years.
Distance Reiki treatments are as effective as in-person treatments. At the time of your treatment, I recommend that you go to a quiet place and lay down to rest. You may want to play some relaxing music and turn off your phone so that you are not interrupted, you will be more relaxed and will likely enjoy the experience more if you are comfortable.
During the treatment, I make a spiritual connection to you using Reiki techniques. I generally begin by working on your head and front and back of your Chakras. During the treatment, you may feel calm, and peaceful and a warmth or tingling in your body. Sensations experienced are similar to those described for in-person treatments. I act as a pathway for the energy, the same as with an in-person treatment. You draw in the Reiki you need. The distance Reiki treatment lasts 60 minutes.

I will email you a Reiki Consultation form, which you can complete and send back to me, with the details of your health and current issues.
At the close of the treatment, I mentally thank you for allowing me the privilege of being part of your healing. When we scheduled the appointment, you may have requested a follow-up call, in which case I will call you a few minutes after the treatment has ended to see if you have any questions. I will email you after the treatment with a Reiki Treatment Chakra Reading.
After the treatment you may feel relatively normal or experience mild discomfort, headaches or tiredness. This is a normal cleansing response from the body flushing waste products from the tissues. Alternatively, you may well feel energised and “on top of the world”. Just as with in-person treatments, your body may need time to adjust to the amount of energy it has taken in and to detoxify any energetic blocks.
It is helpful to drink some extra water for the next few days to aid the detoxification process.
